Email or call me with the results for your file. This is mandatory to start your 1 year congenital defect guarantee. I will issue a new pup to you if yours is found to have a congenital defect in the first year, but I do not issue refunds. A congenital defect is a problem that will not allow the pup to grow or age to a normal life expectancy, such as a defective major body organ that sustains life. I do not guarantee against Hypoglycemia, ear mites, worms, hernias, fleas or ticks. Please read my “Shih Tzu Care” to prevent Hypoglycemia. Any veterinarian bills encountered by the buyer once the pup leaves here are the responsibility of the new owner. Kennel Cough, Coccidia and Giardia are common problems easily treated by your veterinarian. Nor can I guarantee that the puppy's color will not change (see "Colors" page). By taking ownership of this dog, I agree I have read this contract and I will abide by its terms.
